Do unused minutes expire?
Never. Unused minutes roll over to the next month with no cap. If you pay for 12 months and use nothing, your balance is 7,200 minutes. The balance stays forever, even after you cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep using your membership through the end of your current billing period. After that, you keep your accumulated minute balance. You can use those minutes any time. Reactivate later and your balance gets a fresh 600 minutes added on top.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new membership starts with a 30-day free trial. We require a card on file, but you are not charged until day 31. Cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing.
What if I run out of minutes mid-month?
You can buy additional credits at $0.10 per minute, or wait for your next monthly grant. We will not auto-charge you for overage without your explicit purchase.
I am an existing pay-per-credit user. What changes?
Nothing changes for you unless you choose to upgrade. Your existing credits stay valid forever. You can switch to membership anytime from your account page.
What is the queue order?
First-come, first-served. Members and pay-per-credit users are processed in the order their files arrive. No priority lane.
